My Fitbit has been working perfectly since I bought it and now all of a sudden the screen went out. Yet the app is still showing that it is working. I read the post about holding all 3 buttons and all of that but nothing is working. I can’t function without my Fitbit so Please help!!

Hi, when even a factory rest does not work, as you did by pressing all three buttons together (did you wait untill you felt a strong vibration and then released only the right lower button?), I would contact Customer Support, good luck!
