I got replacement of versa but it's screen is not working, means i am not able to see anything.

I would say the fastest recourse would be contacting chat support. Someone could flag a moderator on the user forums here, and they'd have support e-mail you. Faster to just use chat support. https://help.fitbit.com/?cu=1

@manishsharma23 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your new Fitbit Versa's screen is not turning on.
If you haven't contacted our Support team as @MarkMM advised, I'd like you to please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it turns on.
