Versa screen won't turn on

I updated my Versa this morning and now it won’t turn on at all? I haven’t had any problems till now. Has anyone experience this issue?

Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some steps for you to try. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

They are replacing my pebble and charging station.
