My Versa screen just stopped working yesterday, it is still on and connecting to my phone, but no screen. I talked to customer service, he basically had me try and turn it off, I guess there is no other things to try?? It is only 14 months old and called warranty and they said its over a year old and they will not replace it, but will give me 25% off a new one. That is so ridiculous and disappointing. I love my Versa and am very sad that that is how they treat their customers. I will never buy another one.

I'm having the same issue as well. Started 2 days ago with a less responsive screen and then poof just stopped turning on all together. I've owned mine for 18 months. It's sad to see they don't strongly stand by their product.
My only suggestion is to check the credit card you purchased it with. Mine a (chase freedom) adds an additional year of warranty to a product that has less than 3 years of warranty so I just filled out mine and am awaiting a reply.
