My Versa 1 screen is not displaying. I have tried to reset, leave to discharge and then recharge. Green light is lighting on the back. It is connecting to my phone. Any suggestions please 🙏.

Thank you I did contact Fitbit through chat; went through the steps, still no screen, I have sent versa back to Fitbit, as advised.

I am having the same problem. I have tried to restart using the suggested “hold button” method with no luck. And I can’t get to “settings” on the watch because the screen is black.

Surely is odd that so many are having the same issue near the same time. Sounds like a software screwup to me!

Hmm so Fitbit could only offer me a discount on another Fitbit product, but i can't even use it towards their newest watches like versa 3 or sense. That's not very helpful, don't think I would spend more money on older models.

Hey so it's been a month, I've left my versa shutdown but on the charge. I tried turning it on again yesterday and the screen came back on. So far it's still got it's display! 🤞 Will see how long it will last. Makes me wonder now if there was a software update that screwed up the system🤔?

I am having the same issue with my replacement. Two days ago it started to act out, not to log the sleep properly. Today, after charging it, it would not start. I got a black screen and there is nothing I am doing that can turn it on. Please advise.
