I got my versa in November and havent had any problems till now. the screen wont turn on and I've charged it the app says its 100% and its tracking everything. Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it?

Sorry about these issues, @Linda101617 . Please try re-starting your Versa. Instructions are here. If this does not snap everything back to normal, then please contact Support. Your device is still under warranty.

I'm having the same issue all of the sudden! I tried resetting it using the left and top right button as well as a hard reset using all 3 and still nothing 😩 I know it's still working because when I charge it my app is showing that's its charging and it's still syncing my info to the app but now I'm not able to track my workouts or anything. I've even tried changing the clock face. I'm lost on what to do next
