For the last week or two, my Versa (which I purchased in May) has been acting very strangely. It will randomly wake up and open different apps without my touching it, then it continue to open that same app even after I press the side button to take it back to the home screen. It will also randomly get stuck sliding between screens and will kind of wiggle back and forth and not let me actually interact with either screen (this happens mostly between the clock face and the apps screen, so a side swipe). In addition to this erratic behavior, the battery has been draining within a day or so. It was at 49% when I woke up yesterday and by 7pm it was at 7%.
It has been working completely normal until about a week or two ago (I'm sorry to say I don't know the exact date it started acting strange). I have gone through the support forms and done a hard reset and factory reset and it is still exhibiting this behavior. I attempted to return it to Best Buy last night and discovered that they no longer allow you to get the 2 year replacement policy on Fitbit devices so I decided that before I return it, I'll see if there is anything that I can do to fix my current device.

You have already done all of the known troubleshooting steps so it's time now to contact Customer Support.

Did anyone get a resolution to this? My Versa just started doing this and I'm annoyed that I cant get it to stop. Random apps open and stay on continously and I cant get it to stop. This happened first with the coach app and now the weather app. Versa holds charge for 4 hours because it wont stop. Help!!!
