Hi, in order to try to help you the best I/we can, can you be more specific about your problem??

My phone battery just runs down so quickly and has only done so since I have been using the versa, I never had a problem with the HR2. I have checked all my settings and I am on "All day sinc" but other than that everything is good. I have seen that fitbit did a update to cure the problem but I don't think it had worked. I only bought the versa three weeks ago so all systems are up to date.

@Ginge29 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your phone's battery started to drain fast. I would like to know a couple of details also: Is your Versa's battery draining quickly as well? Do you have the GPS or Bluetooth on your phone all the time enabled?
@SunsetRunner Thank you for your contribution in this thread!
See you both later!

Hi, Iwould advice you to switch off the "All day sync" setting cause that's draining also the battery. Do I understand you well that you have the display of your watch for a certain period of time set to "always on"? If yes, than this is the major issue of your battery problem. Good luck.

@Ginge29 I want to follow up on this and would like to know if your battery had improvement after following @SunsetRunner's tips.
Looking forward to your response!
