I have a Versa, and all of a sudden I've noticed that I am now unable to change certain settings on it during the day. I used to be able to adjust the brightness settings regardless the time and now there's a symbol that looks like a "do not disturb" symbol. I never set that up and during the day when I go into the settings on the versa itself a lot of them are shaded out and I can't do anything with them but once it becomes 'night' I can do anything I want. My Fitbit app also doesn't allow me to look into or show anything about this, it's super annoying and extremely inconvenient especially since during the day it's auto set to dim.. so dim that I can barely even see what the screen says and I can't even read the time or anything.
Do I need to do a factory reset and just start from scratch via the app and everything else?

***This was posted originally to Reddit and one response did recommend NOT to factory reset, also I have tried all the basic troubleshooting one would use for most any device e.i shutting off, letting battery die and recharge, removing as a recognized device.***
