Versa seems to have died

Hi. My Versa seems to have completely died. I'm not sure if the battery ran out cos I haven't checked it for a couple of days. I have put it on charge, but after 15 minutes there is still absolutely nothing!

Mine too! Watch screen blank even though it’s not run out of battery and it won’t sync....

Mine has done the exact same too.  I have replaced the charger, but when I put the Versa in the dock - nothing, its completely dead.

After some research I followed advice and held down all 3 buttons on Versa until Fitbit logo appeared. Was then able to charge it. Seems to be ok now 😄
