Hello, guys.

Is there anyone who could help to solve my problem?
I was charging after workout as always my watch Versa,

and as I finished on fully charged, I put the watch back on my hand as usually.
After day I realized as I worked out, that something is wrong with my watch as of heart rate.
I could not have less than 150 calories after hour of heavy lifting. It didn't make sense, usually I lost 300-400 calories per day of my workouts, and now all the sudden this?
So I thought maybe my watch frozen, but it repeated the same process also next two days.
Then I realized and understood, there is something wrong with my watch as I put it off and saw no light and my heart was for the same 3 days only 86 bpm. I was like : what is going on?
I tried as many resetting and factory reset, hard reset to fix the sensor from YouTube videos, but none of them helped. If anyone knows or it happened the same problem as me, please let me know!
Truly thanks.
Greetings,
Foxy.

Hi @Foxina9, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

Regarding the heart rate tracking and sensors issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying to get these issues resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
