Versa seriously over estimating calories

A couple of days in after buying the Versa after having a Garmin for the past 2 years I'm finding its dramatically over estimating my calories! Probably by about 800-1000 a day! All my input is correct height/age/weight etc. I've been onto Fitbit about it and they've basically just fobbed me off with a standard "read this article" I've had fitbits in the past that have been accurate. I know that if I start eating 2500+ calories like my watch tells me I can then I will start to gain a lot of weight, fast!

I can agree with you on this.  One of my best days last week was a bit over 20k steps walking.  It said I burned 4800 calories that day.

I rely a lot on calories burned to keep track on weight/calories in. It's frustrating that you can't trust what it says. It's a shame because apart from that I like the watch.
