Versa set up, start up screen in app not giving versa as an option

I have a windows phone, when I go to set up my versa, from the set up screen the versa is not an option..... What should I do?

What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List ?  Try uninstalling the app and then reinstall it and log back in to your account. If the Versa option is still not there you may need to set up on another device though once set up it will hopefully work on your phone.

My phone is a windows lumia phone, I am not sure if it supported but the app has all other fitbit accessories on it except for the Versa. 
My phone is a few years old..... 
to make a long story short I don't know the model or if it is supported or not.

@Tlam Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! You can check the link @NellyG shared in her post to see if your device is compatible. To know the phone model go to the settings area and check about phone or something similar. You will need Windows phone 10 v1607 or higher. Still you can use another mobile phone or computer to setup your Versa and try to just sync your device with your phone.
