I purchased a fitbit Versa April 2019, in about 8 months it stopped turning on. I was sent a replacement and now the replacement will not turn on. The solution offer a discount code to buy another? 2 watches in 1 year and 3 months die and that is acceptable??

Hi @ebear53 your title mentions shelf life. Are you leaving the tracker on the shelf letting the battery go dead?
