Versa short battery life after firmware update

after the latest firmware update, my wifes Versa will not hold a charger for more than 1 and a half days.  When it is turned on you have to use the method of holding the left button and lower right button.  there were no issue prior to the update.

 

Please help.

Hi @Tomj23 , when the Versa is shutdown, you can only turn it on again with, indeed. the two button method which is part of the new Firmware version. Regarding the battery issue: restart the Versa three times in a row (internal reset) and monitor the battery usage. If it's still that bad (should be 4+ days), contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test. Regards kuzibri
