I have received my Versa Thursday and after 2 hours of charging it. The battery got drained within 6 hours. I have charge it on a PC. last night, slept with the watch to wake up to see my watch is down to 0%. Any other user having this problem? Should I waiy for an update to correct that or its a harware problem. Thank you for your answers.

Apple seems to be the best but then they are very expensive. I'm on my
third Versa and if this one goes I'll be demanding a refund not a
replacement and will not buy off Fitbit again. Amazon will refund you up to
two years for anything you buy off them.

I bought mine directly off Fitbit before they were available in the shops.
In hindsight it was a silly thing to do

They will tell you to synch it 6 times a day then they will get back to
you. I find the best and quickest way to get in touch with Fitbit is
through direct message on Twitter and they are very helpful. Good luck.

Get into fitbit through by direct message on twitter as they are so quick
to respond and sort it out. They looked at my watch on Thursday and I
applied for the replacement on Saturday and had a new watch on Tuesday.

I too am having battery issues. Since I bought it this spring, it's been consistantly good, but after the bug this past late summer that caused the app to not work, I've had to run the app with all day sync on. If I turn that off, I don't get any notifications anymore.....but now that I have to run it this way, my battery has to be charged every day. Is there a way to turn off all day sync and still get notifications?

If you turn off by it's sync you won't get notifications. Get into fitbit
on Twitter by direct message. They will tell you to charge your phone
fully, sync it 6 times and they will offer to replace it. Twitter is the
quickest and easiest way to deal will Fitbit and they are very helpful. I
reported my watch last Thursday, applied for the replacement on Sat and had
a new one in the post on Tuesday. I'm in my third one since April 30th

Just leave sync on but turn off notifications you do leave off until you get your phone they won’t replace they will check it from there side yours was probably def no good but if a apple or plug charger as been used it will not hold charge it has to be USB port I have the email it does make sense plus they can tell from the side if it’s def no good but like me using wrong charge they knew and advised me so yes if def no good I no doubt they would replace

They replaced mine and many others more than once. The majority of people
use the right charger, why would anyone use a charger that's not the right
one?

I’m not knocking the fact they gave you a new one I’m just saying I was using a apple wall plug I didn’t realise it had to be a usb I’ve had messages from others also made that mistake as long as problem gets solved I’m not bothered weather I get a new one if this is because I’m charging wrong I don’t need a new one

Hi everyone. Sorry to hear about your battery draining quickly. As some members have mentioned please make sure you are charging the Versa correctly. Try cleaning the contacts then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves. If the issue persist then feel free to let our Support team know so they can further assist you.

Let me know how it goes!

there is nothing I haven’t done to prolong the battery life! GPS is off, screen is in manual wake up, other then tracking normal movement and 35 mins. A day of pandora, it’s just basic. It doesn’t matter where I plug it in, I’ve tried both! I am now getting about 29 hours of charge life.

I am planning to purchase 2 more as Christmas gifts but am having second thoughts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
