I have received my Versa Thursday and after 2 hours of charging it. The battery got drained within 6 hours. I have charge it on a PC. last night, slept with the watch to wake up to see my watch is down to 0%. Any other user having this problem? Should I waiy for an update to correct that or its a harware problem. Thank you for your answers.

Have you reached out to Fitbit's customer service? They've been pretty helpful in the past, although a lot of the responses are pretty generic at first (half the time they DO work though, sometimes it takes a couple attempts).

I'm not sure there are any limits between the regular Versa and the Special Edition Versa. I have the Special Edition Versa and have all the same issues....

Day 3 at 38%. It will last for the promised 4 days, not so sure about 5 though.

@HeatherLeeVeeIm having similar issues and have been in contract with Support. They recommend to charge Versa for 2 hours even if its fully charged in less time. Havent tried it yet.

I am on my second day wearing it--seems half charged. There is no way I will go a full four days on this watch--but consider I am not using any of the apps or the music features yet.

After exactly 50 hours of continuous wear to work, bed and shower, I am at 57%. Played with it a lot, wore it to the gym and into the pool. Using the standard “layers” clock face.

5 full days and 3 hours, I am at 19%. I have email, text, whatsapp and calendar notification on. I think I will get through the 6th day. This is my 2nd charge. 1st charge 5 days down to about 10%. Looks like it's getting better.
Update: 5 days 18 hours - 7% left. Will charge when I get home from work.
Update : 6 full days - 3% when I recharge my versa.
Happy with the battery life for now.

So I I love this new Fitbit except the battery life on mine dies after 6hours of use. It even if Ive charge it for 3 plus hours. Since I got on Tuesday I have to charge this band at least twice a day. Which isn’t fun. I’ve never had this problem with any of my other Fitbits. I’ve tried removing the 3 party apps, turning all day sync off, deleting apps I don’t use. Nothing seems to be working.

LRae85, I would talk with customer service to diagnose your watch. For the week I have owned the Versa, I loose 5% battery overnight, and about 10% after a 12-14 day. I only have to top it off for about thirty minutes each day, while getting dressed or showering. This with all day sync turned on.

I am having this same problem also! I charged it last night (it wouldn't charge past 99%), and I wake up and it's on 47%.... I know it's not going to last throughout the day

I am at 42% and am into it for 2-1/2 days with notifications turned on. Something isn’t right here

@MarcoFitbit You told me to keep you updated on my battery. Day 4 ends late tonight, right now it is at 14%, I'm pretty sure it'll last until tonight based on how much battery decreases each day. Hope this helps:)
