I have received my Versa Thursday and after 2 hours of charging it. The battery got drained within 6 hours. I have charge it on a PC. last night, slept with the watch to wake up to see my watch is down to 0%. Any other user having this problem? Should I waiy for an update to correct that or its a harware problem. Thank you for your answers.

Mine does same but it just started yesterday. I've had it since April 16 and it was only using 30%a day until then. I tried factory reset maybe that will work. I've got a few weeks on my Amazon return window.

Hi everyone! 🙂 Thanks for the awesome help @Honulii! I appreciate that you have shared your experience with Versa and for all the time and effort you have invested to solve this.
Please make sure that you have followed the tips and tricks provided in the help article Can I improve my Fitbit device's battery life?
Also, if you are using a 3rd party clock face switch it to an official Fitbit created clock face, 3rd party clock faces may drain the battery faster than the Fitbit ones.
Then, charge the battery to 100% (this process might take up to 2 hours) and don't charge until it fully drains. Once it's completely drained provide me with an update on how long the battery lasted.
Keep me posted! 🙂

I was having battery issues from the start. I called support and they told me to stop using a hub to charge my Versa and to plug directly into a computer to charge. This sounded very strange to me, but I had nothing to lose so I tried it. I went from having to charge daily to getting four days battery life as advertised. I still don't understand why it worked. So if anyone with battery issues is charging via a hub, try direct to a computer.

Bought my gf a versa 1 week ago. We have tried everything, all day sych off, no auto wake with arm movement, no 3rd party apps, and still battery will not last more than 12 hours, its frustrating and were ready to return it. Not sure how you guys got 4 days, unless it was powered off 😆

My battery life is getting shorter and shorter. Charged it to 100% yesterday 7am....flat at 3:45am this morning, have to charge it every morning, don’t even get 24hrs. Really disappointing. I just don’t see the point in returning it if they are all the same. Fitbit need to fix the problem first. Can a Fitbit moderator weigh in here....is this a problem with all versas or just some? Is it worth returning? Thanks

@Tashaxx. Return it. I had the same issues with my first Versa. The second one gets 4 days + battery life so far.

First charge got me 3,5 days of usage.
I let the Versa charge for 2 hours the 2nd time and got 104 hours and it was still at 5% left. So thats a legit 4+ batterylife.

Great news to hear the replacement Versas battery is performing as specified. I too would be interested to hear a moderator feed back if the Battery issues for the Versa have been resolved.
i can’t wait to receive my replacement.

Yeah, mine barely lasts 2 days. I thought it was supposed to last around 4 days...

The past two times I charged it, it lasted for 4 days and 5 days ago when I charged it, it lasted for 4.5 days! It would've lasted 5 days because at 4.75 days, it was at 16%. @SunsetRunner if it's only lasting two days, I would suggest leaving it in the charger for about 30 minutes after it hits 100%. It won't last another 2 days but it will last longer. Hopefully, that helps:)

Mine is worst .. less than a day is flat, no heart rate , set at dim , no exercise, no auto sync , sync like only 3 times a day and from morning till evening before slept left 15%. Now I know what we need a “relax” option in the versa....
