Versa shortcut buttons don't work like they used to

I have the Versa and recently performed the updated in mid December 2018.  Now when I click on either the top or bottom buttons on the right it brings up the home screen with the clock.  Before the update these buttons worked on a 1 click.  For instance, the top button would open the exercise app by clicking it once.  Now I have to click it twice for the app to open.  

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi, one slight correction in your post: the activity screen can only be activated by pressing the left button for about two secs. Regarding the right buttons: when I press the upper button once, I will see the message regarding my notifications and when I press the lower right key, I will get the latest app I used. Maybe you have to reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons togehter untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Maybe this helps, good luck.
