This happened last night. My versa is displaying unusual active minutes when I have just been lying down. It displayed 128 active minutes at 12 to 2 am and about 1700 calories burnt when I was just lying down and watching tv! Pls help!

Hi @MegVN restart your Versa several times and hopefully it wont happen again.

@MegVN Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the active minutes, calories burned that your Versa tracked when you were not in activity, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after trying the restart process that shared @NellyG.
If you found her post helpful, please accept it as a solution so other users that experience the same issue can find it easier.
Looking forward to your response! 😀

@NellyG and @JuanJoFitbit - I restarted the device multiple times. Did not help. I checked my versa again this morning and it displays 246 active minutes while I’ve been sleeping. The heart rate display too is erratic. Enters cardio zone while I’m on the couch!

@MegVN Thank you for getting back! I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues.
Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the "Settings" app, then to to "About", then select "Factory Reset". Please make sure to sync your tracker before this in order to avoid losing your data.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

@JuanJoFitbit I did a factory reset. Unfortunately the heart rate is still erratic and and very high. The calorie burn too is disproportionate obviously since the heart rate is crazy. My battery too is draining away in no time. To sum it up, my versa is simply displaying time now and is no more a reliable fitness tracker.

Heart rate and sleep time are not correct on my Versa either.
Think Charge was a better instrument.

@piet44 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa since it's not tracking your heart rate and sleep properly.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as instructed in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. After this, monitor your tracker and see if it tracks your heart rate and sleep properly.
As a side note, make sure that your Versa is not being worn too tight.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
