Randomly last night, my Versa screen stopped responding. At the time I had about half the battery on my Versa and decided I’d go to sleep and let it charge. Upon waking up it still does not work. The LEDs on the back work and the vibrations still work when I hold down the buttons. I tried resetting my Versa multiple times, powering it off multiple times, a hard reset, and wiping down the charging ports with alcohol, and still no sign of the screen working. The screen remains black and when I reset it, the screen goes blank and then back to black. I’ve had my Fitbit for less than three months, if anyone knows how to help that’d be great!

@Damon__ when you say you did a hard reset, are you calling that a factory reset (wipes out all your presets and data) or you restarted your tracker several times? Before going to support, if you haven't done a factory reset, you may want to try that first. They will more than likely recommend you do that before offering any other solution.
