Not sure why all of a sudden my Versa stopped showing any steps, heart rate, etc. I have restarted it but it still shows dashes where data should be. It seems to be tracking my data because when I go on the Fitbit website and log in, my data is there!? How do I get it to appear back on my versa on my wrist? Thanks!

Hi, are you using a Third Party Clock Face, sounds like it regarding the problems you describe? If yes, replace it by one developed by Ftbit itself and restart your Versa and the problem should be solved. TPCF either can get outdated or removed from the Gallery by the developer of by Fitbit during cleaning of the Gallery.

@DAHallman Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up on the issue that your Versa is experiencing since it won't display your stats but dashes only. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

My Versa is doing the same. I have turned on and off several times. Ugg

Please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party. After this, check out if your Versa shows your stats properly.
