I woke up with green lines going down my screen!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
If the screen is still showing vertical lines, please perform a factory reset on it. Note that a factory reset will delete all the information in your Versa, personal settings and apps you have installed, so I would like to suggest you to sync the Versa before trying the following:
On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
After performing a factory reset you will need to set up your Versa as a new device:
Give these steps a try and if after following them your Versa is still showing green vertical lines, please reply to us with a picture of the watch's screen so we can check this further.

I tried everything you suggested however couldn’t find “Settings-about-factory settings- etc” anywhere on my Fitbit app. And screen still looks like green lines vertically.
