My versa has been showing an extremely high rest heart rate all day. O synch to iPhone 8. I have read the other posts and have tried restarting the device several times and toggling the heart rate monitor on and off with a synch after each. Nothing has worked. Is this a current known issue?

Hi @Jhammond, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it tracks high heart rate readings. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

 

Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
