Hello everyone,
My Fitbit Versa is showing a very very inaccurate Heart Rate reading. It displays my resting heart rate as being 140+bmp (which it isn't, it's 60~62 bpm). This issue started about 2 days ago. I have tried factory resetting my Versa, but it hasn't fixed it. Any ideas on what I should do?

Hi @SunsetRunner , go to the settings of your Versa and scroll down to HR and disable it. Restart your Versa three times in a row (internal reset) by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. After that, go to the settings of your Versa again and enable HR and restart your Versa. BTW, is the green light on the back of your watch still working? If this procedure does not solve your problem, call Customer Support about this issue. Regards kuzibri
