Versa showing incorrect time

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

After I charged my Versa for the first time, I lost the time on the clock face. I turned it off and on and it didn't work. I did a reset and I am now having to start all over re syncing it. I don't know why the time was lost.

Mine was 7 minutes behind. I turned off my time zone and then turned it back on. In about 1 minute, the Versa time was back to normal.

Hi @Margaretanngrai - if the time on your watch is not set correctly after syncing there are some steps you can do.

The watch has to sync to get the correct time but it doesn't always work.

If the watch loses time quickly after syncing it may be faulty but first change the clock face and restart to see if that helps.

For time not setting: Try restarting both watch and phone and retry sync.

If it still doesn't set the time do the procedures listed below to set the time.

In the Fitbit App, click profile photo, then App settings

  • turn off automatic time zone and location
  • set time zone manually
  • set location to be in the time zone

sync the watch,

If it still doesn't work restart both devices again and sync, repeat till it does.

Once that works turn on automatic time zone again
