Versa showing much higher heart rate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit Versa has said my heart rate is 130-160 all day, even though I am just sitting at a desk and not exercising.

Currently my actual heart rate is 80. I have used an oximeter and taken it manually. Fitbit is saying 131.

Hi @traceyspencer, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

I'm sorry about the heart rate tracking issue that your Versa experienced. I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email and you replaced the unit. We appreciate your feedback since this helps us to keep improving.

I'll be around if any question arises.

They didn't assist me at all! They told me to wait for an app update that
may or may not fix the issue and didn't even say when the app update would
come and the issue was clearly with my device, not the app anyway.

I was forced to buy a new Fitbit because of your lack of help. This is the
worse customer service I have ever experienced!

I didn't have time to research a suitable alternative, so I bought a
replacement this time, but when that breaks, I won't be buying a third. I
will never buy a Fitbit again and will recommend all my friends and family
avoid your products in future.
