Hi there folks,
While I was replacing my wristband on the Versa I was continually coming into connect with the side buttons,when I had finished there was a prompt on the screen to "unlock with phone" and a red phone and padlock above it. My phone is an iphone 5s and I can't see anything on the Fitbit App to fix the Versa.

My Versa 2 is showing “Unlock with your phone”. However, I completely lost Versa 2 from my phone. PLEASE HELP!!!

Reinstall your Versa 2 from the App Store on your phone
Tap the logo in the top left corner of main Fitbit page
Go to “Versa 2” and tap on it
Scroll down to device lock and enter a PIN number
that should be you sorted
