My versa just displays a blank screen after update and the battery lasts 6 hours instead of 4 days. Really fed up with Fitbit I’ve had 3 fit bits in 3 years all of them have failed after 12 months. Time to go back to garmin I think.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for having shared your experience with us. If you're seeing only a blank screen on your Versa after finishing the update, please restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
Then, put it in its charging cable and wait for 2 hours, after that, monitor it and let us know if the battery life improves.

Hi when I hold the two buttons down together I get a grey pixelated circle on the screen,it then goes black. After charging it displays 100% charge then goes black and doesn’t respond anymore. After four to six hours I put it in the charger. And it shows 0%. I cannot get it to do anything else.
