Versa shows 0% battery after a Factory Reset

My 15 months old Fitbit versa does not turn on after factory reset. Even after charging for 2 days, it shows 0% battery.

 

I tried below :

1. Performed Force restart by pressing and holding Left key and lower right key

2. Tried to do factory reset by pressing and holding all three keys

 

Above did not helped. 

Can anyone provide me steps to overcome this issue?

I did a factory reset and my Fitbit Versa won’t turn back on. Occasionally a zero battery is displayed even after being on the charger. It is less than a year old. I have tried holding all three buttons for 3 minutes as suggested but nothing happens. Can anyone help?
