Versa shows 0% battery

The only thing that shows up on my Versa is 0% battery. It won't recharge, it won't restart, it won't shut off. Nothing. On the app it says it's 60% charged. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the bluetooth, but now it doesn't pick up any signal from it, so I can't reconnect. 

All the suggestions say to restart it, but it won't restart....it just keeps showing the 0% battery over and over.

If it says 0% the watch cannot be started as it has stopped, like a car is stopped and won't go if it has run out of petrol.

You need to charge it and it will restart normally.

To check its charging have a look at the suggestion posted here

Presumably you didn't do a factory reset, if you did, once you charge it, the 0% will no longer show but it may not start either, as there is a bug with the factory reset in some cases.
