I've had my Versa for 5 days. I was very excited but that is fading. I'm noticing that if my versa says I met hourly step goals thats not transferring to my app but the overall steps seem to transfer over. Also issues with it not tracking my sleep.

Which device is the app on @LinaHobbs and have you checked Fitbit.com.
Also I suggest looking in the proper board for your phone .
Doing a search should bring up a thread on this.

I am having the same issue - I have restarted my phone, restarted my Fitbit versa, and logged out of the app and logged back in and the app show 9/12 hours and my versa shows 10/12 completed.

It appears that the overall daily step count is right but between the issues with tracking the hourly goals and syncing to my app and the issues with tracking sleep I'm not sure if fitbit is for me. I've tried the reset and uninstalling then reinstalling the app...so far nothing has worked
