The other day my screen started malfunctioning. After ready posts I tried the factory restart and now it is just stuck on the data not cleared sync and try again screen. I’ve removed my versa from my devices, deleted and reinstalled the app and when trying to add the versa back it can’t. Just got this watch in February 2020 so it’s only 4 months old. Very frustrating. I also took pictures of the screen when it was acting up.

Hi @AGuitars, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not connecting with your phone and it won't set up. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
