I have the message "data not cleared. Sync and try again".
I have had this watch 4 days. It wont setup wifi, messages dont come through.
Now I have this error message and it wont do anything.
I have turned bluetooth on phone iff and on. Turned phone off and on.
No idea what to do as it is not working.

@Toy4kj, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the "Data not cleared" message that your Versa is displaying.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article in order to refresh it internally. After this, try the setup process one more time and see if the issue gets fixed.

@Toy4kj, thank you for getting back and trying the recommended troubleshooting steps. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Since the issues persist, I'd like you to try one more workaround which has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.
Finally, monitor your Versa's behavior during the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
