Hi @MariBrito, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
Regarding the Internet permission message that your Fitbit Versa 2 shows, I would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved.
In the meantime, restart your watch as described in this help article and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I've had this problem since the beginning of March, believe me, anything you do will not work. I have factory reset my watch, un-paired from my phone and re-paired. The only way I can get my Versa 2 to sync data is to connect to my PC's bluetooth and use/pair with the Windows 10 app. Of course, it will not work if my phone bluetooth is on (because it connects without connecting, wtf?). For me, the GPS will still run off my phone if my phone's BT is on, but it will not sync any data with the app, stating there is no internet. I also have significant discrepancies in heart rate especially when working out (lifted weights earlier and it recorded double my HR when I was sitting and resting).
This is a software problem. The app is not receiving internet from the phone due to poor program design.
