Versa shows a "Quick setting" message

My versa keeps giving a quick settings message and resetting it/syncing it and charging it have failed to do anything. Any help?

@Gene.M, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it shows a "Quick Settings" message that won't disappear. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

 

In case the issue persists, please provide a picture showing the message. This will help us to determine the cause of the issue.
