My versa keeps giving a quick settings message and resetting it/syncing it and charging it have failed to do anything. Any help?

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
In case the issue persists, please provide a picture showing the message. This will help us to determine the cause of the issue.
