Hi Helpful Fitbit Community people
This morning I tried factory reset to try to cure my fitbit problems.. and I've created more...
Now the only screen I can get is a HUGE red cross and the message: " Data not cleared. Sync try again"
How do I do this?
I love my fitbit and I'm suffering withdrawal symptoms.

@Akka08 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's showing a red cross and a "Data not cleared" message after performing a factory reset.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out if the message disappears and your Versa works properly.
