Can y'all tell me why a red light continues to stay on even when I shutdown my device.

Regarding the red light that your Fitbit Versa shows and doesn't disappear, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some instructions. In case the issue persists, please reply to their email so they can investigate further and assist you accordingly.
