Versa was working when I went to bed last night and when I woke up this morning it was pitch black. Thankfully I woke up and checked it so I could set another alarm since I use my FitBit for an alarm. Tried pushing all 3 buttons to reset it but it comes up with 0% battery but looking at the app I still have well over half a battery left.

Hi, I would advice you to contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process as well but you can skip it since you already tried this process before. Let me know if your Versa gets charged after trying those steps.
