Hello,
Couple things. I synced my Versa with my Strava account two days ago and after completing a run, the activity was logged twice in my Strava account. The first one came immediately after I ended the run via Strava on my Android. The second recording came an hour or so later (not sure if it's when I had access to wifi) and looks to be coupled with the first one. It appears as if I ran with another person, except it's me.
Secondly, I took over this Fitbit from my wife who recently bought another. We followed all the protocols to remove her info and add mine. This went fairly easy. The issue is that under the "account settings", I notice that my device shows up four times. We have an Aria as well so I can understand that my phone shows up twice as connected to two separate devices.
Can someone please fill me on what I need to do to make this all right?
Thanks for your time and your reply.
Best,
John

@SunsetRunner welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the double readings you got with Strava, please try revoking access from your Fitbit account. After this, re-connect both apps again and monitor the behavior and see if the issue doesn't happen again.
In regards the second issue that you are experiencing, please try logging out of the app, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. After this, restart your phone, open the app, log in and check out the "Account Settings" section and see if your devices don't show repeated.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
