I bought my Versa a little over a month ago. It worked great until 2 days ago. Now it won't hold a charge for more then a day. And it says my heart rate is 120-180 while I'm just sitting here. I've done everything, to include a factory reset. Where do I go from here?

Unfortunately none of these things worked. My Fitbit Versa worked fine for a month. Then suddenly stopped working correctly. I've had my blaze for years and never had issues. Bought the versa and it only worked for a month. How can I go about getting it replaced?
