Hi
I got a new fitbit versa lite yesterday and the readings are very inaccurate the steps are way over what I am doing. It counted 700 on my drive to work! My heart rate readings are definitely wrong, it was telling me earlier I was really high and fat burning when I was just walking from my car into work.
Has anyone had this or know how to fix it?

Hi @Meganmcm6, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
Regarding the inaccurate data issue that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some steps for you to try. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and provide a solution.
I'll also be around if any question arises.
