Versa shows incorrect heart rate

Hello!

I know this has been posted on multiple times on here but I'd thought I'd add my two cents on it. My mother bought a Versa last year. Her pulse rate is never right. It always is so high! Fitbit has been contacted multiple times about this issue but we never get a resolution. She lost $230 on this piece of junk. I'm wearing it right now to see if I can get it to work in some way. So far, this Fitbit has been used on 2 different phones, 2 different people and reset multiple times, still the same issue. Honestly Fitbit needs to either give us a replacement (which they won't ) or give us our money back. I want a solution now. I have read multiple accounts of people (since 2018) having this same issue and Fitbit never has a resolution...just an excuse. So tell me Fitbit...what will your excuse be for me? Thanks in advance. -Unhappy Customer

@ShelleyFeay Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Sorry for the delay in my reply and to hear that your mother's Versa isn't reading the heart rate correctly. Thank you also for reaching out to our Support team. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

Let me know how it goes.
