Versa shows km but app shows miles

Does anyone know how to make your Versa units miles instead of km? I went to the app and went to advanced settings - units - and it says miles on the app.

Hi, try this: restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. After that sync your Versa with the Fitbit app and see if the problem is solved. This restart procedure ressts the internal system of the Versa.

I tried what you suggested and that didn't help either. I've even tried disconnecting and reconnecting my versa and that hasn't helped either

Hi, try this: go to www.fitbit.com/consent on your PC and you will see your Dashboard. Press the settings icon on top of the screen and then settings. Scroll down to "units" . These are the settings of your Versa. If it says centimeters, kilograms and milliliters, press the arrow at the right and change the lenght if feet/inches. Once having done that, scroll down to the bottom of the page and press "submit" and restart your Versa.
