Hi, are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change it to one developed bu Fitbit itself, cause some TPCF's either get outdated or removed by the devloper or Fitbit itself form the gallery. If you're using a Fitbit clock face, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.

@Doubleh9 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the issue that your Versa is experiencing since it shows some lines on the screen.
I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if the lines disappeared after changing the clock face and restarting your Versa as advised @SunsetRunner.
If you found his post helpful, please accept it as a solution so other users that experience the same issue can find it easier.
Looking forward to your response! 😀

@Olivia1234 I'm sorry for the late response. However, since your Versa's screen shows lines and can't be used, I'd like you to try some troubleshooting steps in order to fix the issue. By the way, thank you for trying the workaround mentioned above before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

Have changed clock face several times and done two Factory Resets - no luck on getting the screen 'lines' to go away ... any other suggestions?

Hi,
I'm also having this problem of lines on my versa lite which is 8 months old. I have a fitbit clock face and have tried the suggestions above of restarting and shutdown. There are still lines appearing on the screen. It also appears more faint than usual and sometimes when swiping the screen becomes split.

The screen has now gone completely blank, have tried multiple restarts but nothing comes up other than a faint backlight.

Hello, I'm having same basic problem with the screen as others on this form. I've tried to restart numerous times but can't get the screen to stay lite...it fades within 3 seconds and can't get it to shift to other applications. This has been a gradually worsening problem starting 2 days ago. Battery is good (92%). Please provide direction. Thanks

This seems to be a very common problem. My Fitbit has been great up till about 4.30 this afternoon. The screen is suddenly covered with flashing white lines. I’ve tried resetting and changing clock face as above but nothing works. This is my second Fitbit to fail so I’m thinking of changing to garmin. Does anyone else have any ideas what to do?

I am having this same issue with my wife's Fitbit Versa light. We changed the clock face twice and also followed the guide on holding the back button for 10 seconds to restart. It still is showing the lines on the screen.
Email for contact is hendrickvega@yahoo.com

To anyone with this issue, my experience is that if you call support they'll guide you through a somewhat quick troubleshooting process and if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone will then tell you if your watch is under warranty or not then present your options. If under warranty they'll issue you a return label and once the Fitbit is received will send out a new one of the same model. If not warrantied any longer (over a year old) will give you a percentage discount on the same model of Fitbit is my understanding from reading many other posts on the same topic. Again, this is my personal experience and your experience with support may vary. It's taken two weeks for my Versa2 to arrive in San Fran but at least it hasn't been lost yet.

Mine does the same thing. Then goes onto a green screen and stays there. I’ve had it since June 2020. Tried all the trouble shooting but cannot turn due to not seeing anything on the screen. All it does is vibrate

I'm having the same problem and can't get any response from customer support. I've tried to download the versa lite PDF to see if there is anything there that could help but that link doesn't work either. Where exactly is the button on the back of the device? The only button I can find on mine is on the side. Thanks for any help.
