Versa shows lines on the screen

I have had my Fitbit Versa for an Year now I have never had issues with it till now. Somehow my screen is all messed up now and has lines etc... I have never had this issue the whole year I have had it. Anyone else have this issue after a year of having it?

I just received mine as a bday gift in July. So I've only had it 3 months & just tonight started the lines. How does warranty work if this was a gift?

I'm going to leave fitbit too. This versa 2 is horrible.  Lasted 11 months.  They should have done better testing. My ionic lasted longer

I have rebooted my Fitbit and installed various clock faces me rebooted without any luck. When I tilt my wrist the watch lights up brightly with a turquoise screen colour with multiple lines. The watch appears to still be collecting data and is communicating with the app on my phone. I have just lost significant functionality if I can

see data only from the app on my phone. Please help? This is my third Fitbit and I have never had this issue before. Thinking seriously about switching to the Apple Watch.

I am having this issue. Only Fitbit clock. The lines and internment not displaying the face. Can not log my workouts or see anything period. I would truly appreciate your assistance.

I’m not happy to say that I have my first versa for just over a year and this problem occurred, support was amazing and a received a replacement versa 2. Then tonight 18mnths later no screen and then Completely covered in white lines, have tried restarting it not working, have tried to reset and can’t see the code, so tomorrow will be contacting support again

I am having the same issue and have trouble shoot the watch already and nothing has worked.

I had one fitbit ionic that just stopped working. Fitbit offered a discount and I purchased a versa 2.

Tonight, 19 months after the purchase, my versa screen has lines and it's almost impossible to see anything. The lack of support and the fact that the  products keep having issues are making me consider stopping using fitbit.
