My fitbit suddenly turned off today with no notification that the battery was dead. Soni charged it. I got a red error symbol when I placed it in the charger and it showed it was at 0%. I left it to charge for a few hours and the screen was blank. I did a factory reset, u installed the app and removed the device fr Bluetooth and my fitbit just shows the logo and battery. Please can you help to restore it? I just got it in March. Is there a warranty to replace it?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. Once you've done the steps, please charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Regarding your inquiry about the warranty, the period is good for 365 days (in the US) after the day of first setup. If the troubleshooting steps provided above don't fix the issue, let me know and I'll be happy to proceed accordingly.
