Versa shows no measurements at all

A few days ago my Versa suddenly showed no measurements at all:  Steps, floors, calories, active minutes all show "0" the only exception is hart rate,  this shows "null" 

I tried a reset with no result

I let the versa go completely empty no result.

If I sync there are measurements, so it is measuring, it is only not displaying them.

What to do?

That is really weird! It this happening in your today screen or on the clockface you are using?

I'm having the same issue basically except there's still no measurements when synced. It started Sunday night. I've tried restarting it and synching it. It does seem to be updating the temperature though, but that's it. I'm feeling pretty frustrated

Now that i've updated my app on my phone there's measurements on the app but still nothing on my watch

Hi all,

I have it solved.

I seems the clock-face I used is no longer available (which is a shame, I really liked it). When I installed new one it worked again.

Wierd  you don't get a message or an other communication when the clock-fase used is "removed". But getting a new one did the trick for me.
