Versa shows old notifications after re-charging it

As above, every time my iPhone runs out of battery and then gets plugged in and powers up again, my Versa decides to spam me with old notifications non stop for about 30 seconds, this happened on my old Versa 1 and is still happening on my new Versa 2!
Is this a known issue or something else?

Hi @DanMumford, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 2 shows old notifications after you re-charge it.

 

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your device before this. Finally, let your watch's battery drain and re-charge it again and see if the old notifications stop from appearing.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.
