I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my Versa watch. It was working fine but the battery died, then I charged it like I normally do. Once it was fully charged to 100% I removed it from the charger and switched it on. It came on and showed the fitbit sign but then the screen just went black again. I tried to hold down al the buttons for n restart and also just one button at a time but no luck. The watch is now completely dead.

Hi @Greth, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not keeping a charge and it turns off after it shows the Fitbit sign. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly.
I'll also be around if any question arises.

I recieved your mail on the 27th of July, thank you so much.
Sadly I had no response back from the Fitbit Support Team.
I am totally lost without my Fitbit and Working out is no more fun as the Fitbit encouraged me to give it all.
Will you please advise me on what else I can Do ?

Darf ich fragen ob dein Problem gelöst wurde . Meine Versa ging heute auch nur kurz an und seitdem geht gar nichts mehr
